From plush foam pads, soft mats, and cushions to blocks and resistance tools, every detail is crafted to enhance ease and safety.
The class considers the ability of each participant and adapts the repetitions, pace, and load of each exercise with slower transitions, giving you time to make that mind-to-muscle connection, keeping you safe at all times. It features a balanced blend of mat exercises incorporating soft hand weights, magic circles, and resistance bands, along with standing barre work to strengthen legs, glutes, and hips.
