CLIENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES. Classes can be cancelled OR rescheduled 1 hour up up to the class start time. For casual pass holders, this may result in you forfeiting a class pass. Our system will automatically charge a $10 fee for any NO SHOWS or cancellations after the one hour cut off. We have had to introduce this as we are getting busier. We need you to cancel your spot if you're unable to make it so that other people can jump in. āā

WAITLIST: You can add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist.

PRIVATE SESSIONS. Private classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. After that there is a cancellation fee of $55 per session.ā
