BOOKING POLICY
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/NATURAL DISASTERS. Please keep an eye on our social media or app for notifications about closures.
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES. Classes can be cancelled OR rescheduled right up up to the class start time. For casual pass holders, this may result in you forfeiting a class pass.
WAITLIST: You can add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist.
PRIVATE SESSIONS. Private classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. After that there is a cancellation fee of $55 per session.
