NOT JUST ANOTHER STUDIO

We're not just another Fitness Studio. We're a deluxe, restorative, supportive environment for you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday stressors.

We write customised lesson plans with our actual clients in mind. We check our client list and adapt our lessons to suit the needs of every individual in the class. This allows us to accommodate for client limitations ahead of time. Our classes are always fresh and exciting. You will get familiar with the traditional pilates moves but also challenge yourself with new exciting moves every class. We create a lot of exercises that are not used in many other studios as we have the space and the mindset to keep our classes exciting, motivating you to keep going on your health journey.

We offer free trials as we know how important it is to get the right fit, but we promise you will LOVE our Studio. It feels like a retreat! You will leave a our Studio with a kick in your step - albeit on shaky legs haha.

MAT & BARRE STUDIO

Our luxe mat & barre room has lovely wooden floors, extra large backlit mirrors with colours to suit the session and activities. It is air conditioned/heated. Additional supports such as foam pads and cushions can be used to keep you comfortable for floor activities.

The studio has 11 Barre/Mirror stations, with 6-8 mats.

REFORMER STUDIO

Our luxe REFORMER PILATES room has lovely wooden floors, arched mirrors air conditioning/heating. We custom made our Reformer Machines to suit our needs. They are top quality and feel safe and comfortable.

INFRARED SAUNA

Our luxe custom made full spectrum infrared sauna can seat 4 people, however for maximum comfortability, we only book a maximum of two people for a shared sauna or solo saunas.
