Not sure which class is right for you? At vibe, we don't believe that age corresponds to your level of ability and therefore we have classes suitable for all ages. Just find the intensity that is right for you and then look for that class on the timetable.

Gentle
Beginners, seniors, returning movers, all ages, those that like a simpler, slower class.

LEVEL 2
Dynamic Strength, unilateral work, standing sequences, flowing transitions.
Moderate
Clients with good fitness & balance.
Those with poor balance at heights (standing on reformer).
LEVEL 3
Muscle sculpting, dynamic strength, resistance training with progressive overload, balance challenges, controlled power.
Strong
Clients with moderate-high fitness, strong balance and body awareness.
Those with poor balance at heights and low level of overall fitness and strength.
