Slow & Simple. Perfect for those who’ve wrapped up the Essentials class, have some reformer experience in the past, those recovering from injuries or just getting back in to exercise! This is also great for pregnant women, in all stages of pregnancy (our trainers are qualified in pre & post natal). Great if you want a gentler slower reformer class and want to stretch out those muscles.
This 35 minute class focuses on simpler movements and slower transitions, with 5 minutes of stretching to finish. It’s designed to boost your strength, stability, flexibility, circulation, and overall musculoskeletal health. No fancy moves here. Just the basics designed to stretch your body and improve flexibility, whilst also strengthening and improving your balance and core stability.

SENIOR SYNERGY REFORMER

Part of the Moreton Bay Healthy Active Communities Program, this class is completely free for people over 60.
This is an 8 week program for 9 seniors to build functional fitness. There are options available for those wanting to continue on their journey with us, after the 8 week program.
This 40 minute class focuses on simpler movements and slower transitions, with a 5 minute stretch and cool-down to finish. It’s designed to boost your strength, stability, flexibility, circulation, and overall musculoskeletal health.
Our skilled instructors are here to tailor every exercise to fit your needs—no problem if kneeling isn’t your thing; we’ll modify as needed. Dive into Reformer Pilates with us, where every move is slow, controlled, and crafted to help you feel your best!

This is an intense, burn class. The moves will push you to the point of fatigue and then some!
Every session will target a specific area to BURN whilst still giving you a whole body workout.
Moves and flows in this class are more challenging, require more balance, more strength and more endurance.
You may not be able to walk out of this class without shaking 😬🤣
This is similar to our regular WYB, it just pushes you further, with longer holds, and provides more challenging advanced moves.
