BARRE & MAT STUDIO

Our Barre & Mat Studio is a boutique studio with eight super comfy and wide mats and eleven Barre stations. Back lit arched mirrors line the walls, with a wide selection of equipment to support you on your health & fitness journey.

We have a large range of props to support your workout, such as hand weights, weighted balls, magic circles, poles, boxes, pregnancy wedges and rubber mats for additional support under your knees or elbows for those of you that are a bit older, have mobility challenges or prior injuries. The studio is gorgeous with air-conditioning with health filters to reduce airborne pathogens.
