As humans, we’re conditioned to seek meaning, relevance, and connection. We’re naturally drawn to what feels comfortable to us, we’re also naturally attracted to brands & businesses that display the same or similar values, characteristics, and behaviors to our own.

This is why I feel it is important to share with you, why I decided to create Vibe Wellness. The back story is really quite simple; I have a 'rescuers mentality'. I gave, rescued and sacrificed for others. I'm an accredited Welfare Worker and majored in Psychology. I lived a life of 'Do as I say, not as I do'. I was not practicing what I was teaching.
Over the last few years, I have slowly been working to live by the Motto's that I so easily handed out to others, but never really practiced myself. During this period, I discovered that although I knew I needed to prioritise myself and how to do this, I was sub-consciously programed to behave in a way that was actually self-sabotaging. Programed by the expectations of society, family, workplaces, friends and others. I had the realisation that carrying on that way could only lead to an unhealthier, unhappier version of myself. It did not align with who I wanted to be and the life that I wanted to live.
I began my journey to heal from past traumas and committed to being the best version of myself and living my best life. I tried what seems like hundreds of different meal plans, exercise regimes, health retreats, natural therapies etc. Some helped, some didn't. But what I needed and wanted most of all, was a SAFE SPACE, and so I decided to create Vibe WELLNESS.
