What to expect:

Holding a ball, scented with specifically chosen aromatherapy, you will carry out flowing blended moves, to keep you balanced and release tension and stiffness. You will be standing or sitting on a cushioned mat. We also have additional foam supports and padded cushions available to ensure you're comfortable whilst on the floor.
