Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS. Classes and sessions can be cancelled right up to class start time- this provides opportunities for others to book in and we won't wait for you. NO SHOWS will be charged a $10 fee. This is an automated process, so please ensure you cancel one hour before if you're unable to attend. BOOKING: Classes can be booked up to 20 mins prior to the class start time. After this time, if you can see there are free spots, you can just turn up and the Instructor will add you upon arrival. WAITLIST: You can also add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS FOR CASUAL PASSES. Your class will be deducted from your pack. If you do not have any available classes, you will be charged a $25 fee. This is an automated system.
