🌿 Mind Body Reset A 45‑minute somatic rest + guided meditation practice If you’ve been feeling heavy, tense, overwhelmed, or simply “full”… this class is your reset. ✨ 4-6 Gentle, supported postures held for 3-5mins. Each posture includes mindfulness, reframing, envisioning & 2 mins of silence with somatic music & small gestures to reset your nervous system. ✨ Somatic cues to soften the body ✨ Guided mindfulness meditation to release negative energy, reframe negative thoughts. ✨ Intention‑setting for the day, the month, and the season ahead ✨ Future‑self visualisation to reconnect you with your strength and radiance This is a slow, nurturing practice designed to help your nervous system unwind and your whole body exhale. No experience needed. No pressure. Just space to feel lighter. 📍 Boutique studio 🕯️ Soft lighting, mats + bolsters provided 💛 Come as you are. Leave grounded, clear, and glowing. You may bring a blanket if you like. ABOUT YOUR PRACTIONER Amy has been working in the mental health & community space for many years with a Bachelor Degree in Community Services, Majoring in Psychology. Mental Health Awareness Training, Agitated Callers Training & many other, including health & fitness. PLEASE BRING A COUPLE OF SWEAT TOWELS TO COVER YOUR MULTIPLE CUSHIONS.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS. Classes and sessions can be cancelled 1 hour up to class start time- this provides opportunities for others to book in and we won't wait for you. Cancellations and NO SHOWS after the one hour cut off will be charged a $10 fee. This is an automated process, so please ensure you cancel one hour before if you're unable to attend. RESCHEDULE. Classes can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. WAITLIST: You can also add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS FOR CASUAL PASSES. Your class will be deducted from your pack. If you do not have any available classes, you will be charged a $25 fee. This is an automated system.
