This class is designed for adaptability, allowing you to tailor each movement to your individual level. Want a high-intensity challenge? Increase the reps, add more weight, and layer in a resistance band. Prefer a low-impact, mindful toning session? Remove the equipment and focus on precision and control. The choice is yours—every workout can be uniquely customised. We provide multiple core-strengthening options to help you brace through the midline, enhance stability, and build deep, functional strength. Whether you're looking to refine, strengthen, or energise, Mat & Barre Synergy gives you the tools to move with confidence and control. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS. Classes and sessions can be cancelled 1 hour up to class start time- this provides opportunities for others to book in and we won't wait for you. Cancellations and NO SHOWS after the one hour cut off will be charged a $10 fee. This is an automated process, so please ensure you cancel one hour before if you're unable to attend. RESCHEDULE. Classes can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. WAITLIST: You can also add yourself to the 'waitlist'. Waitlisted people will be advised that a spot has opened up and you will have 30 minutes to accept before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS FOR CASUAL PASSES. Your class will be deducted from your pack. If you do not have any available classes, you will be charged a $25 fee. This is an automated system.
