Embark on a transformative journey with our "60-Day Wellness Journey" challenge. This program is designed to enhance your overall health and well-being through a balanced approach to fitness and wellness. Over the course of 60 days, you will engage in: - 5 days of workouts per week, including 60 minutes of exercise each day. - 2 rest days per week to allow your body to recover and rejuvenate. - Daily hydration goals to ensure you are drinking enough water. - Reading positive wellness books to nourish your mind and spirit. - A commitment to no alcohol for the duration of the challenge & preferably nothing but water. - A commitment to healthy eating. This challenge does not have to be about weight loss. It might be about weight gain, muscle gain, toning, or simply committing to eating a healthier diet. PROGRESS TRACKER We keep you motivated and support you on the days that you don't attain your goals. We do this with a series of text messages, emails & app notifications to keep you motivated and feeling good, even on the tough days! Share your progress in our online community and celebrate the success of others. Certificate upon completion. STEPS The challenge will open one week prior to the start date, to give you time to prepare. In the week leading up to the challenge, you will need to complete 5 steps to ensure you are prepared.
