Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel sessions up to 24 hours prior. After this time there is a $55 fee. This fee is automatically charged by our system. If you are on a membership, or pack, a session will be deducted. Please message us using the chat function on the website or SMS 0474217265 (this phone is often on silent so pls message and not call). Bookings must be made at least 2 days prior.
