Cancellation Policy

1. Enter and leave quickly. Don’t let the heat escape! Make sure you shut the sauna door all the way when you enter and exit. 2. Shhh! Saunas are about relaxing. Don’t kill the vibe for others in our sanctuary. People are having treatments in the room nextdoor. Please be as quiet as possible. The speakers in the sauna are set to a max volume, to ensure that it cannot be heard externally. 3. Respect the dress code. Please wear swimwear when in the sauna. This keeps the sauna hygienic & ensures that others feel comfortable in a shared sauna. 4. Hygiene. Please bring a towel to sit/lay on. If you are the last person to exit the sauna, please spray the timber with the antibacterial spray provided before exiting. Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. This keeps the sauna hygienic for others. 5. Temperature. If you are having a solo sauna, you can set the temperature to suit yourself. If you're in a shared sauna, the temperature will be set to 65 degrees Celsius. 6. Menstruation. If you're menstruating, please ensure you have extra protection. The sauna increases blood flow, which could lead to heavier menstruation during your time in the sauna, please be prepared. 7. Safety. Stay hydrated - drink water. Leave the sauna straight away if you feel faint or nauseous. Press the SOS button if you feel unwell. Do not use the sauna if you're on medication that affects your blood flow, heart rate or breathing. If you have medical conditions that may be affected by exposure to heat, please ensure you have medical clearance before attending. You're responsible for your own health & safety. By using the sauna, you agree that you are healthy enough to use the sauna safely. 8. Covid & other contagious conditions. Attending Vibe Wellness whilst you're contagious with any disease/illness is unacceptable. Please cancel your appointment and do not attend our facilities. This helps reduce the spread & saves lives.
